I have lived and worked in Netherlands for 7 years. I understand the Dutch culture very well. I have learnt the dutch language and have passed the NT2 diploma(granted by Netherlands govt).

I can teach/coach to people who would like to learn Dutch for many reasons such as
1. Professional: To communicate with dutch colleagues. This is for people who work with Netherlands or go to Netherlands on work permit visa. This is especially helpful for senior managers who need to establish good relationships with the Dutch colleagues.

2.Going as partner (married/unmarried): For these people they need to clear a test which consists of two parts
A. Awareness of Dutch culture: There is CD and a book with 100 pictures and 100 questions on the same. This part is comparatively easy. This test is for 20 minutes.
This test is only on audio/phone.

B. Dutch language ability: This is a tough part. This test has 5 sections a to e.
a. just repeating a sentence exactly as it is after hearing it over phone
b. answering a dutch question in dutch
c. providing an opposite word
d. same as a, but more lenthylengthy sentences
e. listening to a story and telling it back in dutch .

More information about this can be found on website
http://www.naarnederland.nl

It requires lot of preparation and time to clear this exam.

My teaching methodology is based on
a. teaching basic building blocks of Dutch language,
b. building up the vocabulary and
c. removing the hindrances to speak in dutch

I focus on 4 things

1. reading and understanding dutch as first step
2. pronunciationpronounciation (speaking)
3. grammar and writing skills
4. listening skills (this sounds easier but my experience is that this is the hardest part for a beginner as it requires to understand everything about the language in a split of a second)

I provide private lessons. But I reside in Kolhapur in West Maharashtra. So either the student can travel to Kolhapur to take the lessons or I need to travel to your place(expenses born by the student)

Lessons can be provided on video-chatvideo-conference applications such as Skype, but one week of intensive course is must (my recommendation) for a beginner then after skype can help and will be cheaper too.

I also provide translation and other consulting services to Businesses (IT/BPO) who work with Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg.
